The infrastructure behind every line we represent
We support our sales team with a 36,000 sq. ft. building in Denver, just off the I-70 corridor. It holds our offices, a web and conference room, our training center, and the warehouse — so quoting, training, stocking, and shipping all happen under one roof.
Our main office houses private offices and common areas to support our sales team. Our high-speed connection allows our accounting and inventory control systems to reside on-premise with external access. We have additional space available to expand the team, and more than 30 parking spaces with overflow available for employees and customers.
We have a private conference room that doubles as a web conference area. With our high-speed connection, we can host or participate in web-based meetings and training in either the conference room or the training area, depending on the need. We also use it for strategic planning, board meetings, and meetings with our manufacturers.
Our 1,500 sq. ft. live-fire training center hosts hands-on work with our products — installation, fault isolation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, so customers get real-world experience before they see it in the field. The room is equipped for audio/visual, with in-house and external computer connections for presentations and web-based training. We have trained more than 5,000 customers here, averaging over 1,000 a year. Local municipalities use the facility for backflow certification, and manufacturers use it for high-altitude testing and product development — several have held regional sales meetings in it.
Our 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse has 23 ft. ceilings, an ESFR system for high-pile storage, seven dock bays, a drive-up ramp, and a city counter. Our logistics team has over 20 years in shipping, receiving, and inventory control, and we serve as the regional distribution center for a number of our manufacturers. We handle full load, LTL, UPS, FedEx, and customer pickup. Most freight orders received by 1:00 pm and UPS orders by 3:00 pm ship the same day.
