Training Center

In this business, being in front of the customer is most of the job. Training is how we do it — on our manufacturers’ products, with the people who specify, sell, install and service them. We have trained more than 5,000 customers in our own facility, averaging over 1,000 a year.

Our Training Center

Our 1,500 sq. ft. training center seats a full class for hands-on work with our manufacturers’ products: installation, fault isolation, maintenance and troubleshooting, with live fire where the product calls for it, so customers meet a problem here rather than on the job. The room is equipped for audio/visual with in-house and external computer connections for presentations and web-based sessions. Local municipalities use it for backflow certification, and our manufacturers use it for high-altitude testing and product development.

Joint Training

Our sales team knows these products well enough to run a session alongside the factory. We partner with our manufacturers on joint training, and tailor the programme to what a customer actually needs rather than working through a standard deck.

On-Site and Remote

If it makes more sense to come to you, we will. We have trained customers at their own locations and over Zoom when getting a crew into a classroom was not practical.
